Andreas oversees teams providing economic analysis in gas and electricity, supporting investment files and market design questions. With 20+ years’ experience in energy economics, he is an expert on market design in the EU and is an associate researcher to the University of Cambridge Energy Policy Research Group.

Andreas is a frequent participant/speaker in expert discussions on market design in various European Countries.

He holds a degree in Mathematics and Economics from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and a PhD in Management Science from the Cambridge University.
