In my role as CEO, I work alongside ENGIE Impact's executive leadership team to fulfill our vision: accelerating decarbonization progress for companies, governments, and organizations around the world.
What does success at ENGIE Impact look like?
At ENGIE Impact, we believe in the power of partnership. We work closely with clients to understand their specific decarbonization goals, no matter their starting point. Together, we leverage data to craft a clear roadmap, one that anticipates future challenges and guides you toward tangible results. We don't just plan; we become an extension of their team, navigating the complexities of decarbonization alongside them. Ultimately, our success is seeing our client’s vision become a reality – a world where ambitious carbon reduction goals translate into measurable progress.
How did your background prepare you for this role at ENGIE Impact?
I joined ENGIE Group in 2008 and have had the opportunity to build a rewarding career within the energy sector. In France and Belgium I developed expertise as a lobbyist and regulatory affairs expert. In 2016, I was appointed Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer within ENGIE France's Renewables business unit, the leader of Renewables in the country. This was followed by a strategic move to Houston in 2019 as Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer. In July 2021, I took on the leadership responsibility for the Distributed and Solar Business in North America, reflecting my commitment to the company's continued growth.
In mid-2024 I became the CEO of ENGIE Impact and I'm excited to leverage my experience to drive innovation and position ENGIE Impact as a leader in the future of decarbonization.
Prior to ENGIE Impact, I held senior HR leadership roles for over 10 years, including spearheading workforce transformation and driving employee engagement at ENGIE Australia & New Zealand as Executive General Manager of Human Resources, Internal Communications & Safety, and implementing innovative talent management programs at a major cash in transport and security organization (Linfox Armaguard) in Australia as General Manager of Human Resources. My background also includes diverse HR experience at one of Australia’s iconic retailers, Myer.
What do you like to do when you’re not in the office?
I enjoy playing soccer with my kids and listening to music, especially rock and electronic genres. These activities help me stay humble, active and creatively inspired.
