See All Leadership

As Chief HR Officer, I am responsible for the HR teams across our regions. Together, we attract, develop and retain our talent, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. Our people, their passion, engagement and knowledge are at the heart of our business as they are integral to thriving performance and contributing to sustainability transformation.

In what way do you and the teams you lead further contribute to ENGIE Impact’s mission to accelerate sustainable transformation?

Driven by ENGIE Impact’s values (caring, bold, open, demanding) we ensure a cohesive and intentional HR landscape, enabling our people to grow and unlock their potential. We believe in the importance of embracing and promoting diversity as a key ingredient to accelerate our goals.

What does success at ENGIE Impact look like?

We empower ENGIE Impact’s employees to drive success for each one our customers. As we all work toward a more sustainable future, our employees will work side-by-side with our customers in a client-centric and scalable way.

How did your background prepare you for this role at ENGIE Impact?

I have been part of ENGIE for almost 11 years, serving in various positions in HR and operations in an international context. Contributing to ENGIE’s transformation from different business perspectives has enabled me to understand the multifaceted challenges we face. To be successful in our energy transformation, we as an organization have to overcome the silos and work hand-in-hand, all together.

  • In 2019, I joined ENGIE Impact as Talent Development Director and was responsible for designing, executing, and measuring ENGIE Impact´s professional development strategies.
  • Before joining ENGIE Impact, I have gained profound experiences in the operational business: As Commercial Asset Manager and Managing Director for an ENGIE subsidiary in Germany, I was accountable for steering initiatives to improve financial and operational performance as well as ensuring legal compliance.
  • Prior to that, I served as HR Leader for nearly a decade in different industries and partnered with executives and employee representative bodies. I built and developed high-performing HR organizations and led numerous restructuring and integration projects to success.

What do you like to do when you’re not in the office?

I enjoy being outdoors with my husband and my two kids, exploring all sorts of sports and activities around our home in Berlin. I also love to dive into new cultures and their ways of living whenever I can – be it by travelling, cooking, reading, learning new languages.
