I serve as CEO of RED, a company of ENGIE Impact, and lead our teams across Europe, the Middle East and Asia to help our clients deliver high-performance facilities and realize their plans toward zero-carbon built environments.

In what way do you and the teams you lead further contribute to ENGIE Impact’s mission to accelerate sustainable transformation?

We use our market-leading technical expertise in market key sectors (commercial buildings, data centers, and industrial processing) to help our clients to design and construct high-performance facilities, realizing their plans toward zero carbon-built environments.

For over a decade RED has used our market-leading technical expertise in key sectors to lead efforts toward the zero-carbon goal. We have insisted, from the start, on providing step-change low-carbon solutions which are also commercially viable.

We have reached a point on the path toward Zero Carbon, but the urgency of the final goal has become much greater. With ENGIE Impact, we will help global clients accelerate their transformation towards a genuinely sustainable future.

What does success at ENGIE Impact look like?

Success at ENGIE Impact is expanding our global footprint of clients and increasing the number of organizations successfully accomplishing their sustainability goals and roadmap action items.

How did your background prepare you for this role at ENGIE Impact?

Through my 30-year career in the energy and sustainability marketplace I have helped hundreds of companies improve their business processes efficiencies while improving their economic results as well as reducing their environmental impact.

  • As Chief Operating Officer of Sustainability Services at ENGIE Impact, I led our global Sales and Operations, ensuring the delivery of integrated energy and sustainability solutions to our clients. These activities were focused on assisting our clients in measuring, monitoring and executing on their zero carbon road maps.
  • As Vice President, Sales and Client Management and then Vice President of Operations, Expense and Data Management at Ecova, I led teams in the pursuit of process efficiencies and the delivery of market-leading results.
  • At The Loyalton Group (which was acquired by Ecova in 2011) I was co-founder and chief operating officer, leveraging the newly emerging deregulated energy market to introduce both supply side and demand side energy management services to our clients.

What do you like to do when you’re not in the office?

I enjoy spending time outdoors, with my family and playing golf.
