Rachel is the Head of Resource Data Management (RDM) Operations at ENGIE Impact, leading the team responsible for the accurate and timely management of critical resource data. With a strong background in the energy and sustainability sectors, she brings a wealth of experience in operations management, analytics, and business process improvement.
Rachel is a skilled leader with a successful history of achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), production targets, and budgetary goals. She is Lean certified and has successfully led numerous business process improvement initiatives, driving operational efficiency and enhancing data quality.
Since joining ENGIE Impact (formerly Ecova) in 2012, Rachel has consistently progressed through key leadership roles, culminating in her current position as Head of RDM Operations. Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Eastern Washington University, where she also earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys camping, boating, and exploring the Inland Northwest with her husband and three children.
