Craig Walter, Principal Energy Advisor at ENGIE Impact, has over 30 years of experience in the energy management industry. He focuses on using total energy and sustainability management programs to help clients reduce their consumption and cost, from individual sites to large, multi-site commercial portfolios.
With experience helping clients improve their operational performance, Craig previously led a team of energy management professionals, advising clients on energy and water optimization efforts that can be combined with other levers to achieve carbon reduction and sustainability goals. He supported an external partner network to extend ENGIE Impact’s sustainability advising capabilities—including on-site activities deployment, such as efficient lighting, HVAC systems, and water management solutions. Craig now guides program development and solutions for ENGIE Impact’s energy management services. He is a certified energy manager (CEM) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toledo.
