The Sustainable Resource Management division of ENGIE Impact is committed to driving sustainability forward—for our people, for our clients, and for the planet. From completing waste audits for three sites in our portfolio, to independently verifying our greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory, 2025 has been an impactful year. We continually explore new ways to measure and reduce our environmental impact, while improving the health and happiness of our people and driving progress for our customers.
We invest in sustainability as a strategic priority because our planet demands it. We demonstrate this by:
Investing in sustainability to provide an opportunity for innovation and business resilience.
Living our mission, Make Sustainability Happen Today, to engage our employees in our sustainability journey.
Working with the same fervor on our strategy that we do for our clients—because we’re better together.
Driving Measurable Environmental Impact
Though we are already carbon-conscious with a thriving remote workforce, we are committed to exploring new ways we can lower our emissions even further, supporting our aim to make sustainability happen today. As part of our renewable energy strategy, we purchased RECs to offset all in-office electrify consumption, resulting in zero verified Scope 2 market-based emissions. Given our predominately remote workforce and seven offices, ENGIE Impact SRM's verified Scop 1 emissions remain limited at 61 MTCO₂e.
51
metric tons of office waste is recycled, accounting for 80% of our estimated total, including 50 metric tons of paper from utility bill management.
77%
of the waste we generated is paper waste from our bill-pay invoice service, which is shredded and recycled.
4,175
MTCO₂e in total verified Scope 3 emissions. By leveraging our internal expertise, we continuously improve our data collection and estimation methods to ensure we make real, positive impacts
Empowering People and Building Inclusive Communities
We set out to create spaces where employees could empower, uplift, and learn from one another. What began as a simple idea connecting people through shared purpose and passion has grown into a thriving network of employee resource groups (ERGs) that reflect who we are and what we stand for.
Fostering Accountability and Purpose-Driven Leadership
We designed our company’s corporate sustainability structure to foster accountability, diversity, and continuous improvement. Our SRM leadership team reflects our commitment to closing the gender representation gap that persists in large corporations. Gender diversity within our leadership strengthens decision-making and brings a broader range of perspectives to shaping effective sustainability strategies.
At the Sustainable Resource Management (SRM) division of ENGIE Impact, we recognize that sustainability is our responsibility—to our employees, to our customers, and to our planet. I am honored to lead a team that turns opportunities into action as we help organizations around the globe use their data as powerful levers for progress.
