How did your background prepare you for this role at ENGIE Impact?
Leveraging over 17 years of HR experience, including 5 at ENGIE across diverse sectors like energy, retail, transportation and education, I'm a seasoned HR practitioner passionate about partnering with business leaders to unlock the full potential of their teams. I bring a proven track record of developing and executing strategic HR initiatives that directly support business objectives within dynamic, complex, and fast-paced environments. My expertise spans industrial relations in highly unionized workplaces, talent and performance management, organizational design and transformation, remuneration, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to ENGIE Impact, I held senior HR leadership roles for over 10 years, including spearheading workforce transformation and driving employee engagement at ENGIE Australia & New Zealand as Executive General Manager of Human Resources, Internal Communications & Safety, and implementing innovative talent management programs at a major cash in transport and security organization (Linfox Armaguard) in Australia as General Manager of Human Resources. My background also includes diverse HR experience at one of Australia’s iconic retailers, Myer.
