See All Leadership

As Managing Director, Sustainability Solutions, I lead our business organization in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. Our teams advise and support our clients throughout their sustainability and zero carbon transformations, from strategy to implementation and beyond.

In what way do you and the teams you lead further ENGIE Impact’s mission to accelerate sustainable transformation?

Our teams are at the inception of ENGIE Impact's mission. We engage with executives and organizational leaders to define the right strategies and roadmaps to achieve their sustainability and zero carbon ambitions. We bring the capabilities and support they need globally to ensure they are in the best position to deliver at scale and capture the most value from their efforts.

What does success at ENGIE Impact look like?

Success is seeing an acceleration of our clients' transformations through both meaningful reductions in key sustainability indicators, such as carbon emissions or waste reductions, as well as business performance.

How did your background prepare you for this role at ENGIE Impact?

My background supporting both large businesses and governments is well suited for our mission to serve clients across business to business (B2B) and business to territory (B2T).

  • At McKinsey & Company, I was a leader in the global Innovation Practice as well as the East Coast Electric Power and Natural Gas Practice. Much of this work was focused on growth strategy and new business development across utility, energy and industrial companies, with a particular emphasis on energy technologies, renewable energy industry development, and decarbonization trends.
  • I also worked at the International Energy Agency in Paris, where I advised governments on energy and environmental policy topics.

What do you like to do when you’re not in the office?

Spending time with my wife, Lili, and our son, Joaquim. I also enjoy playing the guitar (not very well I'm afraid), cooking, and hiking.
